We are available by appointment Tuesday through to Saturday with late nights available throughout the week.

We operate on an appointment system and highly recommend you phone prior to visiting to ensure someone is available to assist you. Please bear this in mind when you are requiring gift vouchers, skincare products or wish to make an appointment in store. A message book is available for your convenience if you wish to pop into the clinic. Leaving us a message allows us to contact you when we are available.

Your appointment is important to us. Appointments can be made via telephone call, email or by using our online booking system accessible through our website.

Cancellation Policy
Out of consideration to others we require 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Missed, changed or cancelled appointments with minimal notice will incur a fee of 50% of the value of the booking. Thank you for your understanding.
